1Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account with ge666, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use ge666 services.

ge666 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be published at ge666.bio/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Bangladesh players are specifically encouraged to review this page before each depositing session, as promotional terms affecting depositing conditions may be updated more frequently than legal terms.

2Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use a ge666 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ge666 operates as a 21+ platform in the Bangladesh market. Proof of age may be requested at any time during the account verification process.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information at registration. This includes your real full name, date of birth, and a valid contact email address or Bangladeshi phone number. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds held in the account.
• You may hold only one registered account at ge666. Duplicate or multiple accounts for the same person are strictly prohibited. If ge666 detects that a player holds more than one account, all accounts may be closed and any funds across all accounts may be forfeited pending investigation.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of ge666 complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. ge666 does not provide legal advice on jurisdiction-specific legality.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee or contractor of ge666, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, software providers, or payment processing partners.

3Deposits and Withdrawals

ge666 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Bangladesh-compatible payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

• Deposits are credited to your ge666 account within 60 seconds of confirmation from the payment provider. ge666 charges no deposit fees. Any fees charged by your mobile wallet or bank are the responsibility of the account holder.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 5–15 minutes during normal operating hours. Requests submitted during periods of high traffic or scheduled maintenance may take up to 24 hours. ge666 does not guarantee any specific processing time for withdrawals above ৳1,00,000 — these may be subject to additional KYC review.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the ge666 account. ge666 will not transfer funds to third-party accounts, unverified accounts, or accounts that do not match the KYC documentation on file.
• ge666 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds for any deposit or withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) measure. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and funds being held pending review.

ge666 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals at this time. All funds on the platform are held and transacted in BDT only.

4Bonuses and Promotions

ge666 offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, enhanced cricket odds, and seasonal promotions tied to Bangladesh's calendar (Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, IPL, Victory Day). All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion, including wagering requirements, qualifying games, time limits, and minimum odds.

Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, the following general bonus conditions apply across all ge666 bonuses:

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds and will be shown as a separate balance in your account. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• If you withdraw real-money funds while a bonus is active and the wagering requirement has not yet been met, ge666 reserves the right to cancel the active bonus and remove any bonus-generated winnings from your account.
• ge666 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. This includes seasonal bonuses tied to specific events such as BPL or Eid — if an event is cancelled or postponed, the associated promotion may be adjusted accordingly.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting errors in bonus calculations, or using bonus funds in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

5Account Rules and Prohibited Conduct

Players are responsible for maintaining the security of their ge666 account credentials. ge666 will not be held liable for losses resulting from a player sharing their login details with another person. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ge666 and will result in account suspension or permanent closure:

• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any card game, casino game, or sports betting market on ge666.
• Use of software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to automate gameplay, exploit game mechanics, or gain any advantage not available to a human player acting in good faith.
• Any attempt to reverse, manipulate, or exploit a payment transaction, including chargeback abuse through a bank or mobile wallet provider.
• Money laundering or using ge666 as a vehicle to process funds obtained through illegal activity. ge666 complies with anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious account activity to relevant authorities where required.
• Aggressive, abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour directed toward ge666 staff, customer support agents, live dealer personnel, or other players. ge666 reserves the right to remove any player from the platform without notice for conduct of this nature.

6Responsible Gaming and Player Protection

These tools are accessible at all times via your Account Settings page. ge666 will not override, remove, or shorten any self-imposed restriction for any commercial reason. Player welfare is a non-negotiable priority.

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit. Once set, a deposit limit can be lowered immediately but can only be raised after a 24-hour cooling-off period to prevent impulsive increases.

• Self-Exclusion — Permanently exclude yourself from ge666. Once a self-exclusion is activated, your account will be closed and you will be prevented from opening a new account for the duration of the exclusion period. ge666 will not lift a self-exclusion for any commercial reason.

7Intellectual Property

All content on ge666.bio — including but not limited to game graphics, promotional artwork, interface design, brand logos, text content, sound effects, and software architecture — is the intellectual property of ge666 or its licensed third-party providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ez ugi). You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from ge666 without prior written permission.

ge666 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or otherwise exploit any portion of ge666's services or content for commercial purposes.

8Limitation of Liability

ge666 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ge666 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. ge666 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

• ge666 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
• In no event shall ge666's total cumulative liability to any player exceed the total amount deposited by that player during the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• ge666 is not responsible for any losses arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials, including losses resulting from unauthorised access by a third party using the player's login details.
• ge666 is not responsible for telecommunications failures, internet outages, or mobile network disruptions (including disruptions on Grameenphone, Banglalink, Robi, Teletalk, or any other Bangladesh network operator) that prevent access to the platform or interrupt an active game session.

9Privacy and Data Protection

ge666 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published at ge666.bio/privacy-policy. By registering an account with ge666, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside them.

ge666 uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the platform. ge666 does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. ge666 may share data with payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention systems as necessary to operate the platform and comply with applicable legal obligations.

10Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which ge666 operates. In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of ge666, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute by contacting ge666 customer support at [email protected]. ge666 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 14 business days of receiving a written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration before pursuing any other legal remedy. ge666 does not submit to the jurisdiction of any specific court as a matter of these Terms; this clause is a waiver of jury trial and class action rights to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

11Amendments to These Terms

ge666 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ge666 will endeavour to notify registered players via the email address or phone number on file. The amended Terms will take effect immediately upon publication at ge666.bio/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. The following types of changes may occur without advance notice:

• Updates to individual promotion terms, wagering requirements, and bonus conditions — these change frequently and are governed by the specific promotion page rather than these general Terms.
• Changes to payment processing procedures, minimum deposit or withdrawal thresholds, and supported payment providers — these may change as Bangladesh mobile wallet providers update their own technical specifications.
